The Driver is Dry

I flipped through my desk calendar and today's quote is "The driver is safer when the road is dry. The road is safer when the driver is dry."

I didn't know that there is another way to express when driver has 0.00 alchohol level.

A British comedian Stephen K. Amos once said in the "Thanks God You're Here" TV soup; he said British likes to utilize with their great knowledge in English and made fun of it, whereas, Aussie jokes are more towards messing up English words.
